This wing construction looks simple, but looks are sometimes deceiving? From the color I guess it is fiberglass with one of the "ester" resins? Would the wing be made to look like this except tapered and from carbon pre-preg using your mold process? Or is it limited to "Hershey Bar" shape? With pre-preg could paint non solar cell covered areas; RED.jpg CHROME YELLOW AIRPLANE.jpg maybe red or yellow?

Would you incorporate solar cell in layup or add later (heat)? It seems Eric Raymond put them in layup so they must be able to take the heat but would depend on solar cell type and the correct pre-preg? Do you incorporate a flap somehow as there appears to be no rear spar? Or spoilers? Or just sideslip for drag?

In picture just single prop? Where is dual cr prop?

Why picture of trailer?

=KASPERwing like=no need in flaps or spoilers (tip wing rudders...in FREEWING mode)

PS=Bogdan Wozowicz was polish autoralli Champion (trailer from this old times...)

Beautifull construction 👍
It reminded me the times when I was building RC models.

"Printed carbon fiber parts" are definitelly interesting.
Even if the airframe is made "standard" way it could be used for internal bulkheads, control lines levers etc.
In case somebody is planing to make competition for Archaeopteryx than this is perfect way.
I am personally not real fan of fabric covered wings, but reason is only practical - in case of outlanding (common for gliders) you have much higher risc of surface damage.

The wing structure on the photo...

... looks really cool and super light 👍

Is it put together at the leading edge? Top half and bottom half?

This might work?

Are yours strut braced? Could they be made strong enough but still light to cantilever?

I suppose "Hershey Bar" left and right are same mold? How long to make the mold for such nice finish? I have made a lot of concrete molds but none for composite. Would have to be two sets of molds for taper so at least twice the work or more.
