New to the forum and currently am an engineer at Lancair. Previously was an engineer at WACO Classic working on the Great Lakes and was tutored by HBA forum's own "wsimpson" in the magic art of composite construction while completing my degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Grew up in aviation and have a strong obsession with aircraft design and experimental aircraft; record birds, STOL, crop dusters, x-planes, and best of all air racers.

Looking to learn a bit and when the time comes share my design on the HBA forums.

Currently a member of EAA Chapter 1345 "High Desert Flyers" and we are building an RV-12....ewww metal airplanes give me some composites! :gig:

Tailwinds,

Adam

"At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation."
