Hi guys, i'm mechanical Engineering student, and this year we made a team to participate of SAE Aero Design competition. I'm in charge to project the wing, and i'm using Schrenk' approximation method to determine overall span-wise lift distribution, the problem is that our wing , will be both rectangular and trapezoidal , I understood how to use this method in trapezoidal and elliptical wings, but I don't know what to do on the rectangular length. I know that this lift is constant in the rectangular part, but i don't know how to do the math.
