Round Stock Material

I am hoping to find some round stock material; say 1 to 2 in. in diameter where the inside surface is similar to a corrugated drainage pipe. That is, roughly sinusoidal or curved in form. And the outside is ideally full as in a pipe. Any one have any ideas?

If I could not find anything stock, any one care to venture how I could best construct this out of 4130 steel or aluminum?
