hello all i am converting my micro light into a helicopter and need to make a new shaft to drive the rotor can any one give me a material spec and any hardness treatments required.also have been told hollow shaft would have more strength than solid,any views welcome.am doing this to test slightly different way of controlling rotor action .especialy when hovering and directional control
