While I know everyone wants as low TSFC as possible, I was wondering where some of you would place the upper limit for an engine in the equivalent 100 to 200HP range with the following:

simplicity, reliability and maintainability (vibration free. 1 to 2 rotating parts. Likely no props)
Jet-A fueled
better thrust to weight than equivalent piston engines
lower acquisition costs than equivalent thrust producing engines
