Howdy,
Has anyone used OSHcut.com before? They are based out of Ogeden, UT. They have 6061 T6 Sheet in various sizes. It seems too good to be true but I'll bite. It's only flat cuts but will help to speed things tremendously. With TinkerCAD, I had these done in 2 hours. I'll still have to deburr and smooth things up but seems like a good route. I'll take the digital calipers to the parts when I get them and report back if anyone is interested in tolerances. These are Bloop 4 bits if anyone may need the files... I need to make sure they'll work out first of course.
