Hi all,
I'm Phil from France.
I want to build a single-seat metal aircraft that could meet the requirements of the French ULM category. Basically for a single-seat :
Empty Weight : max 492 lbs
MTOW : max 728 lbs
Engine max power : 65 kw or 88 hp
Vso : 38 kts or 44 mph or 70 kph
no speed limit
I want it to be single-seat, mid or low wing, beautiful, cruise at 110+ mph, able +6/-3g and as easy to build as possible. I already build wood and fabric aircraft but never metal.
After studying the different possible aircraft, my short list is now Sonerai 1 and BK-1
I already have the BK-1 set, I just ordered the Sonerai 1 set and will study them.
I'll surely need info and help on Sonerai 1 aircraft and plans before to make my final decision.
