Hi,

I have acquired an MZ 34 single cylinder engine and it is in good condition except that the belt needs to be replaced.

I have a question since I can't find an explanation in the manual about the tensioning of the belt.

The only thing that is described is forward-backward adjustment of the prop pulley, but not how to tighten the belt, id est how to rotate the prop pulley around the center (the prop pulley is kn the eccenter).

Here is the picture. Imho I should be able to somehow rotate the whole pulley around the center.

Does anyone have mz 34?
