I see these Bell Helicopter engines bragging 270 HP and I assume that's possible by a gear reduction like the Continental GO-300. Has anyone successfully converted these to run horizontal and maintained the HP output. I'm thinkin' about trying to put one on a stretched, long wing BD-4.
