I have someone trying to trade me a Loehle p40 kit that is about 50% completed for an item I have for sale. He says he has $5000 invested and has all the paperwork with serial numbers to go with it. The item I am looking to sell/trade is worth about $3100. Is there a market for something like this that is partially completed? I know nothing about avation and have no place to put something like this anyway. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
