I am trying to build a low cost single seat ultralight using a paramotor engine,
Simonini SMN 130,28 hp, 80 kg static thrust.
I am thinking of using 0.8 mm lexan sheet as skin on a aluminium tube structure.

The tentative specs. are as below ;

Wing Span 22 ft ,Cord 4 ft , Full Flaperons
Prop 51inch, Pusher type
Empty wight 75 Kg
Single Seat

I do not have any aeronotical background but completed extensive research using internet.

Kindly guide me whether such kind of ultralight is feasible.
