I have finally narrowed down my search to find my first home built project. I have narrowed it down to two aircraft, the Osprey 2 amphibian and the Coot amphibian.

The reqirements that got me to this stage are as follows: 1) Amphibious. 2) Folding or detachable wings, 3) good range and speed, 4) two place with some baggage. 5) simple construction ?? 6) active builder forum and some parts off the shelf!!

The problem is now that I can't decide wich one to get started on? Osprey 2 Performance Specifications
