How much dihedral (measured along the bottom of the wing, I suppose) is necessary for a high-span in-wing fuel tank to not have to worry about unusable fuel outboard in "normal flight."

That is, I would expect that one shouldn't assume perfect coordinated flight at all times. What's "close enough"? Half a degree? Three degrees? Obviously there'll always be maneuvers that unport, I'm just thinking about normal case.
