I know this is a Homebuilt forum, I've been on here a while, even though I'm not building, so I thought I would at least post some flying stuff. There is a guy that has a C-150 for rent about 40 miles from me and it's not too expensive so I try to get there about every couple of weeks at least. Today was especially fun, I flew from 52j, (Lee County, Butters Field, Bishopville, S.C.) to CDN, (Woodward Field, Camden, S.C.,). As I was getting ready to cross mid field and called in my intentions, I noticed two planes ready to pull onto the runway. They were waiting for me to land, and as I was on down wind, I could tell it was two T6's and I know those guys and I thought to myself, please make a good landing! As I was coming in on final, with an 8 kt. head wind I was a little high so I slipped it in and greesed it on for a touch and go. About half way back to 52j, I look out to the right and there they are, two T6's, flying formation with me. I didn't have time to get a picture of them but my friend in the closest T6 smapped a couple of me in the 150. It was a good day.
