I want to build a WIG aircraft from the base of a kayak, using a design similar to the Universal Hovercraft Hoverwing. This aircraft/flying boat would essentially be a kayak with wings and a overpowered engine. I do not plan to ever use this device over a height of 10 feet (that way I figure the worst that can happen is a really bad tubing accident...) what I really want to know is this feasible or I am I better dreaming?
