Is there a sutch thing as non controlable flaps that work off of the pressure under the flap to eventually hold it level with wing, and as air speed/pressure drops it hinges down ? The preceptor ultra pup I'm trying to finnish has wings and flaps covered in new fabric already and all cables to alerons, elivator, and rudder are installed, but I did not see where the builder of this airplane who has passed away has installed anything for the flaps that hinge down from the trailing edge of the wing inboard to possibly control them any help would be greatly appreciated as the company is no longer in buisness,in this picture the flap is folded up for transport with hinging wingsScreenshot_20200824-091023_Photo Editor.jpg
