I can't find anything on the web for vendors
in regards to aircraft control sticks.

(and, no, I dont want to use a 2" diameter aluminum tube)

Anyone know of a control stick vendor?

I can fabricate my own rudder pedals.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks M51, I had thought the stick and grip came as one assembly.

Looks like I'll be fabricating the control stick and mount.

I am using the grips from Infinity Aerospace in El Cajon, Ca. They are a scaled down version of an F4 Phantom grip and have lots of switches for whatever functions you might desire. They come with a 1" aluminum tube for mounting to your controls and you can order with whatever length of wire cable you need.
