Hi All,
I'm currently designing my own ultralight aircraft; currently looking like total weight including fuel will be about 450lbs, to be conservative we'll say 500lbs. I'm designing it to be exceptionally low profile though, at 20" tall excluding wheels, with a streamlined sealed/covered canopy so that I don't have to rely on bulkier engines. Empty weight is closer to 275lbs, similar to an Aerolight 103 which works fine with a Hirth F33, so I think my motor choices are okay.
My issue is that between the Polini Thor 250, Hirth F33, etc, anytime I look for tractor configuration propellers, or right/left-hand specific propellers, nothing is coming up, despite that I know propellers exist for those motors in the tractor configuration based on videos and photos. I would LOVE to use a carbon prop from e prop, but the moment you enter those motors in their search, it assumed you'll be using it in paraglider configuration and not tractor, so obviously those props won't work. Please please please help me. I've been searching for hours!
