For some reason, the thought of two 25,000 RPM impellers next to my torso gives me the willies. "Uncontained engine failure," anyone?

I have my doubts this is more than a marketing gimmick. Does the impeller box add more thrust than the drag it causes at those high speeds? In the plan to fly over those buildings they talk about adding 65 meter of altitude to pass over the second structure. This has been show to work as well with modern unpowered wing suits in this video, where they flare up about 75 meters.
