Big Frog (French tranlation needed)

Some people here might be familiar with this project, is the Nemesis NXT build by French but instead Lycoming 0-540/720, they used 4 piston diesel aviation engine, it seems that they finally managed to fly it, the problem is that I don't speak French, I was looking at their webpage and there are a few speeds listed, like 200kt 220kt, etc, I would expect 220 kt as a top and 200 kts as a cruise, but still it sounds pretty low, could anyone (Jarno) take a look a the webpage special that PDF, and tell me how fast it flies?

What means that "Prix du kit 180.00 euro" are they going to sell kits for it?
