Are all 103 ULs powered by 2 stroke engines?

Everyone one I've seen in videos has a 2 stroke. I would think a 4 stroke engine would be a better choice because they are generally more reliable and they burn less gas. I know the problem with 4 strokes is they are typically heavier and usually don't make as much power as the same displacement 2 stroke, but 4 stroke technology has come a long ways in recent years. I would think something like a two cylinder motorcycle engine (something in the area of about 400ccs) would work well for this application. They are both powerful and reliable...
