I'm sure this topic has been talked about ad nauseum. I'm in a quandary as to whether to prime the parts first. I've read a lot about the merits of priming, and I've gotten many a reason to do it. But then I read where companies like Sonex don't even recommend priming unless you live near the ocean, or in a humid environment (the latter I take to mean most of the time, not just a month or so during the summer). And, I've got a 43 year old C150 that has no priming that I can see, and it has spent its entire life between New York and here in south east Pa and it does not have much in the way of corrosion. So, I guess I am not 100% convinced that priming is necessary. So, what are you doing with your build, priming or not?
