Just wanted to say hello to all you homebuilders out there. I've been working on and interested in aircraft and homebuilding for years. I'm currently helping my father build and aircraft [ slowly] but have also looked at doing my own design for some time now. The design has morphed many times and probably will some more yet. I've many questions for you guy's [ and girls if there are any] but I'll leave that for another post in the proper forum. I do 3D modeling in my day job [mech. Eng. Tech] so doing a/c design is a new twist yet.. in the same breath its not. Attached is a photo of my latest design. It's advanced from this to include some landing gear and engine components now but haven't taken the time to re-do the renderings.

Basic's are 4 seats w/ lots of room for baggage [300#]
160 Gal. fuel load.
Twin 13b rotaries for power
~5000 G-Tow
250Knt cruise [ this is speculative at this point].

Comments welcome.
