…Or something else? Planning on a “low profile” windscreen hoop for the Rocket that will also provide some measure of rollover protection. Notional dimensions are a 1 inch wide X .500 thick composite hoop bow. Think of it as a sub scale landing gear hoop or crossbow arch. It will be laid up in a simple OML mold and bagged. Is it better to do a bunch of plies of uni, or go big early and go with 4 layers of .125 rod?

Comments appreciated.
