I suggest using this cheap Tuned Pipe and Cone Programs. His program will figure your Port Duration based on your Exhaust Port Data and Rod length.
The 377 use's a 120mm Rod. The Demo Program is crippled, so don't use it for any Numbers, till you Buy it.

The Cone Program for changing the Shape for turns out put's DXF CAD Files any good shop can cut out the pieces if you can't.

You can download the Free Smart Phone Ap, 2 Stroke Exhaust Calc and run on your Desktop with a Free program called Blue Statcks!

A Free 2D CAD program can be downloaded from www.emachineshop.com that can also open DXF CAD Files.
