that was sitting idle for over 30 years with no preparation for storage?

Suggestions so far include:

Cheap: pour a cup of mystery oil in each cylinder, turn it over some, and then put the fire to it.
Expensive: Send it out for a $15k overhaul.

Perhaps there are some intermediate approaches? Thanks.
