An opportunity as come up in my area to pick up a Supa-pup MK4 project at a deceased estate auction
it looks like a fairly complete project including factory welded fuselage and firewall forward (looks like it might be a jab1600) and instruments

the problem is it seems to be a bit of an orphan the company that marketed it doesn't seem to be the same one that goes by that name now.
This doesn't directly worry me but will it be a problem registering as a CAO 95.55 aircraft in Australia ?

how will i demonstrate that i have complied with AD's ?

And how much leeway is there with MTOW ? given that the exact design number seems to be hard to pin down (a random internet website claims 350kg) Can I work backwards from a wing loading to specify the MTOW on the registration ? can I just add the dry weight +90 kg +Fuel capacity to reach a number that it must have surly have be designed to ?
