As most of you know, the engine mount locations shown in the plans for any of the Sonerai II's are dimensioned to suit the Monnett X-mount. Every so often, I get a request for the correct mount locations for the standard Diehl case, or the Revmaster, AeroVee, HAPI, or Mosler engines. As it turns out, the Standard Diehl case, the Revmaster, and the AeroVee use the same locations. The HAPI and Mosler engines use the same locations (but are different from the Diehl/Revmaster). To save myself some work, and to provide the information to those of you who are just getting started, or are thinking about modifiying your fuselage to suit a different engine, I've attached drawings of the two different mounts.
