Hi folks,
I'm interested in subsonic delta wing setups, I have been looking into the Avro 707, the Vulcan and the Rockwell OVxxx (shuttle).
Information is hard to come by, the internet yeilded the figures of a NACA0010 root for all 3 wings, as were the tips for both Avros with the Shuttle scoring a NACA0012-34 for the tip.

I have 3D modelled the shuttle wing with these airfoils, and they just do not look like the correct profile.
The Avro and the Shuttle both seem to have the chord line kicked up 3 to 3.5 degrees.
But in the shuttles case - the leading edge of the wing seems far to high, it would seem the shuttle has chord and camber which profile does not indicate "00xx" that as being the case.

I may be to hasty to trust "googled" info, I could type a bunch of balony right now and steer some other poor soul on to the wrong track.

Can anybody please shed some light on this? (the wing that is):gig:
