I tried reflexing the flaperons of some airfoils 10 degrees up with cords of .70c, .80c and .90c at a Reynolds number of 6M. To my surprise the Riblett laminar airfoils seemed to give the best results. In one instance I got a drag count of 30 with one of the Riblett airfoils and the NLF0414F but over too narrow a laminar bucket to be useable. What surprised me is that the GAW and NLF series didn't improve significantly. I tried a higher Reynolds number of 15M but that didn't help. I'm not sure if I tested them incorrectly or if it's X-foil or the airfoils?
