So, If I know how much air I have to pass through my intercooler and how much glycol solution I have to pass through my radiator, and I have an estimate of how much pressure I can recover in the diffuser, and even know about how much heat has to be removed from each. What I don't have is method of sizing the cores that are doing the heat exchange. Does anyone know where a guy can get solid info on how to size these heat exchangers and make sure that the are just a little bigger than they need to be? I have degrees in ME, so technical stuff does not freak me out...

THanks in advance for the help...
