Can anyone please point us to a simple, effective sample Homebuilder partnership agreement that
addresses the most common issues of such endeavor
(e.g.
1) how to tack/share costs
2) Liability issues,
3) Build Space / storage issue,
4) design/construction idea differences
5) flying time share
6) how to add a partner, buy-out a partner, end project.
7) death, divorce, bankruptcy and/or other 'force majeure"
8) and more o what we did not think about ...)
