I need to remove paint from most of the aluminum structural components of a Weedhopper.
The paint is chipped / flaking off badly and I suspect the aluminum is not anodized
so simply removing the paint, for the time being, would be fine with me. I may paint it again later, just 'depends'.
Sanding it off or using steel wool sound more like a career  than a task and I
would like to finish this project before I have to change the left digit on my
age ( again !! ).
There are all kinds of removers but if I understand correctly, not just any old remover should be used on aluminum and I would like to have the easiest / fastest and 'cleanest' cleanup feasible.
Any suggestions or removers to avoid. Any and all help appreciated.
