I was just wondering, has anyone used Airex thermoforming foam for the wing leading edge to reduce the time and costs of making it some other way? Without using heavy machinery of course, I'm talking about homebuilt use, hot gun blowing and household tools usage of this modern tech foam.

I know the T90 is PET and not PVC as other foams like the R82/C70/etc, so it would definitely be hard to sand that one to a fine contour after bending. Has anyone seen some good methods for homebuilt use?
