Hello Everyone,
I'm new here and new to the idea of building/ designing mysef an airplane. I've been thinking about this for quite a while and decided to design and build my dream plane My goal is to complete it and get an experimental certificate for it. Here comes the question though- are there any limitations as to design of a home built airplane applying for an experimental certificate (speed, wing area, weight etc.)?? I know there are limitations for Ultra Lights as to wing area and weight. Is it the same with experimental?? Personally I don't think so, but I would feel much better if someone explained that whole thing to me.
Thanks,
Jake
