And yet, and yet...
They did not say when the nice men with the bulges unter their sport jackets would be visiting the alleged perpetrator. One difficulty that the FAA faces is that it uses Civil Law instead of Criminal. Their preferred method is "certificate action." Which works quite well when one's certificate is also one's livelihood. Fines are attempted when there is no certificate to take action against (sky divers, et al.). Short of that, they have to go to a real court and get a real criminal complaint.
I'd be interested in the next chapter of this saga.
