Hi there:

Challenge:

I need to design and build a very small ultralight that take advantage of our more natural and intuitive way to ride vehicles.

On Riding a motorcycle, jet-sky, snowmobile, horses, etc , we use the balance, the movement and the dynamics of our body on a different way that when we are sitting driving a car, boat, plane, etc (ACTIVE VERSUS PASSIVE CONTROLS)
Our body moves different, we can sit or stand up, we can use our upper and lower body in different ways, and take advantage on this.
Is no the SAME concept of hang gliding, paragliding, etc.
Sitting directly on top of the body of the mini-plane, your feet on the wings, pusher, enclosed propeller, steering and pushing and pulling a handlebar.

Using existing ideas:
Intuitive Steering controls (as the flying hovercraft of Rudt Heeman from NZ), a plus.
(Of course I know is ground effect).
Your feet needs to be free.
Aerobatic and well engineered as the Cri-Cri.
Small as the Soviet x-14 and the American Wee-Bee
Smart and simple as the Woopy Fly Wing from Switzerland.
Using the new technologies on lightweight engines and materials.
Flexible or Rigid Wing (Delta Wing VS METAL OR COMPOSITE)
CHEAP

Very Difficult and complicated , Yes, but not impossible.
I would like to contact serious and enthusiastic people interested in develop this concept, and how to solve the obvious challenges.

Thanks a lot.
