Spent the last 1-1/2 months organinzing the shop, and building the table and bending brake. I think scratch building is going to be much more challenging than riveting together pre-drilled parts of of a box.

So the question is : when building forming blocks for ribs, do you size them according to the drawings, or do you take into account the thickness of the sheet you are working with, and make the forming blocks correspondingly smaller so that the finished size of the part is the same as the drawing. The only reason that I am posting this question is that the drawings, as well done as they are, make no mention of this.
