Ok folks all set for my 2005 R1150 twin spark motor to push my extra heavy trike. Did my own redrive and moved alternator to the front. Made my own wiring according to the wiring diagram. Cant get the bloody thing to work. Motor would backfire heavily, doesnt hold steady throttle, surges, burps and stalls. I have transplanted all the sensors and the stock exhaust (well exhaust is actually from R1200). I am running out of ideas at this point. Checked and rechecked wiring all looks good. All sensors are in a good shape, fuel pumps (I have two) are new and pressure is stable 45psi. Anyone with some experience to give me heads up on what can be wrong? Thx.
