They appear to be offering the same features, but the GI275 seems to a Garmin only/mostly ecosystem while the uAvionics appears to more readily support anything that adheres to standard IO specs.
I like that the AV30 is more a 'build your own custom system' vs the GI275 is 'here are your options, take it leave it'.
My main consideration is (as always) price. Does the $3995+install+dealer network costs justify itself? For less than the installed price of ONE GI275 I can install DUAL AV30s.
Anyone have photos of an install of either units??
