Starting to get that "Uh Oh" feeling.
Ordered late June
Debit card tapped June 30
Promised 3-4 weeks.
Difficult getting return calls, but when returned, "next week..."
Told it was "shipping monday" almost two weeks ago.
No tracking number...
Been 14 weeks...
Uh oh...
I'm mad. Not because it's taking 3 to four times longer, but because we are being misled, either on purpose or a failure in communication. Either problem needs to be addressed. Just wanna let people know that they might have the problem we are having. All too common in aviation.
