Hello all. Well I cut my first cross for my fuse plug and officially started now but I just got word from my primary contact for a hot wired wing plug that he may not be able to do it for other job commitments so Im entertaining alternate methods for the wing plug. CNC shops and table are too expensive right now.
Note: (The wing is tapered)
1. wood plug built up and covered with a wood fiberglass?
2. Wood structure with wire covered than finished? I dont really like this idea
3. lots of foam sheets or blocks and shape it by hand with template
4. or build a hot wire bow and go at it?

Ive read other threads on best plug making technique but for the wing is there anything else I can try?
