Alodine process porblem

I have a question, during Alodine process, if I have one part has residual glue and proceed to alodine process together with other parts that without residual glue,will the residual glue effect all parts or just the part has residual glue only, what I know till now is the part has risidual glue will fail in adhension test after painting.:)
