I am looking at a 75% Spitfire Mk 1 in wood, currently have a set of Issac's Spitfire plans that are 66% and over the years I have accumulated a lot of drawings of the Spitfire so it may be time to give it a go - well consideration. No I do not want a 600 hp job just something in the Titan 51 area. Wood was chosen for its ease of use as the metal work on a Spit would be a headache and the current metal one is not that accutate.
Is there any information that can provide information of the effects of scaling up say 15% and if be practical it would be re-designed to take a geared Suzuki motor. The Issac's was chosen as a starting point as it has a lot of issues addressed especially the wing and controls.
