I have continued to work on my Zenair project even though I know in the end I
will not be keeping it. I have another single seat airplane that I currently fly
and since my wife will definitely not do any flying I will not have a need for
the Zenair in the long run. I have just had the 0-320, 160 Hp assembled by an
AME and it is pickled and ready to go. The cam and crank etc are yellow tagged
and everything else in the bottom end is new. The pistons and cylinders have
less than 200 hrs on them and the carb has also just been gone through and
refurbished and has the metal float in it.

The project has everything ( and I mean everything ,all components are
assembled, fuselage, wings, ailerons, flaps, horizontal stab, etc. wheels, brakes,
self locking nose gear,I have the cowls, wheel pants, exhaust etc.) there to
finish and needs assembly and final inspection only. Prop is included as well a
brand new canopy (cost close to $1000.00) still in the box. Instruments are all
in as well.

Engines such as this 0-320 are selling in the range of $12000.00 and I would at
this point take a REASONABLE offer on the whole project in order to still leave
room for equity for the buyer. I am not interested in parting it out at all.

If nobody picks it up I will finish it this coming summer and will then offer it
up as a finished airplane and the price will obviously go up accordingly.

I can send pictures to seriously interested parties and will entertain offers as
I said.

If you are interested in making a reasonable offer ,let me know.

My email is piney@...

I have no room in my hangar so have taken the wings off to store for the winter
and it would be relatively easy to transport at this time.

Thanks guys and happy flying.
