Pulled the DLE-20cc engine , out of my Extra 300, and replaced
it with an Xpwr 22CC electric Motor , & 6200mah 22.2v , 45c battery ; flew
it yesterday, and WOW !!!
Way more instant acceleration, than the gas engine ; leaped off
takeoff in 8-feet , with straight-Up power to go out of sight on moments !!!
WE Really "Need" , lighter batterys ; gas can Not compete with electric
in any way except : ----------------------- weight .
Before you start in on me ; both gas , And LIPO's , will blow-Up ; if
not handled correctly .
