Hi there,
I'm new to the forum and would like to ask some basic on wing design. Currently i was attached to a project called Wing in ground effect craft. I have some following question as shown below:-

1) How to calculate the wing area? Is it by multiplying chord and span( chord x span)?

2) What aerofoil design would be suitable for wing in wing in ground effect craft(WIG)?

Pls help me to fill answers on my above questions. Adv thx.
