I am planning to build a Fokker DV.I replica with a 3.0 m wingspan, should i choose a diesel chainsaw engine or a moped gasoline engine? or should i look for a bigger engine?

note: i want it FAR 103 compliant even though i live in the philippines.

another note: i want it to have the shortest takeoff and landing roll possible, any ideas?
