As part of actually moving along on my design, I've realized that "all metal" actually doesn't quite make sense for what I'm doing. In particular, while I'm sticking with metal wings and fuse, my winglet/rudders seem to make more sense in hand-layup foam/fiberglass (or carbon, haven't run numbers fully) composite. But if they can't be shiny, they gotta be bright! So what resins have high enough temperature tolerances to allow me to have cobalt blue or banana yellow paint over them?
